A table for seafood
A meal at Cervejaria Ramiro revolves around shellfish: prawns, crab, clams and whatever else catches your eye on the menu. It is a good place to order for the table and try a few dishes together, leaving room for a prego—the steak sandwich that often rounds off the meal.
Ask how each item is priced and agree the portion with your server before ordering. A seafood meal can vary considerably in cost; choosing together is more useful than relying on a fixed per-person estimate.
Planning your visit
The restaurant’s FAQ explains that some tables are available to walk-in customers even when online reservations are full. They are allocated in arrival order, so allow time rather than counting on a particular wait.
The same page lists continuous service from noon to 23:00 and notes Monday closures. For a particular date or a larger group, check the booking link or contact the restaurant through its official site.

Getting there and exploring nearby

Before or after your meal, Mouraria gives you a reason to explore the streets beyond the avenue. For more about what to order around the city, see our introduction to Portuguese food culture.
