Your flight lands hours before check-in, or check-out is early and your train leaves in the evening. How does pickup and delivery work?
Enter the pickup and delivery locations, dates and times, and the number and size of bags on the LUGGit page. The booking flow gives you a quote for that itinerary. At collection, a LUGGit team member, called a Keeper, meets you at the agreed point and identifies and seals the bags. The company stores them and arranges delivery for the time and place you selected. Keep your booking details and follow LUGGit's instructions for identifying the Keeper and the exact meeting point.
You can request a handover near an apartment, a railway station or the airport, subject to the availability and pickup points shown when booking. Do not assume the Keeper can enter your building or stop on a restricted street: agree on a place where both of you can actually meet. If a flight or train is involved, leave a buffer for delays and the journey between the handover point and your departure gate or platform.
When is it more useful than a locker?
Pickup and delivery can make sense when you have several bags, a long gap between check-out and departure, or different starting and ending points. A locker may be simpler or cheaper if you only have one small bag and will return to the same station. For example, leaving an Alfama apartment and flying out later from Lisbon Airport creates a different route from spending a few hours beside a station that has lockers.

What should I confirm before booking?
Check the available collection and delivery windows, the address and handover point, bag dimensions, the full quote, and the rules for changes or delays. Keep passports, medication, valuables and anything you need during the day with you. LUGGit publishes its current protection and service terms in the booking flow; read them for your bags rather than relying on an older amount quoted elsewhere.
