What do these services include ?

We believe that small details can make a difference and that there is only one chance for a first good impression. That is why we take good care of your house and your guests.

  • Check-in

    Check-in is more than just delivering the house keys. We arrange the guest reception at the house, explain them about the places to visit and help them get settled. Guests are also free to use our reception center to store their luggages.

  • House preparation

    Everyone likes to arrive at a clean house. We clean your house before your guests arrive and make sure everything is alright. They will love arriving to a fresh and clean house.

  • welcome basket

    Make your guests feel like they are at home. At every reception your guests will find a bottle of portuguese wine and some glasses, so that they can celebrate the beginning of their Lisbon visit.

  • Reservations management

    We handle the promotion of your house, manage the reservations and take good care of your guests in order to provide the best experience ever.
